Ary Oswaldo Mattos Filho
Founding Professor and first Director of the São Paulo Law School of the Getulio Vargas Foundation - GV Law. He holds a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (1965), a Master's in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (1969), a Master's in Law from Harvard University (1969) and a PhD in Tax Law from the University of São Paulo - USP (1973). He was president of the CVM - Securities and Exchange Commission, member of the CMN - National Monetary Council (1990-1992) and member of the Privatization Commission. He is currently a senior professor at Direito GV, arbitrator at CBMA - Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration and CAM - Market Arbitration Chamber, member of ABDT - Brazilian Academy of Tax Law and effective member of IASP - Institute of Lawyers of São Paulo.
Viviane Muller Prado
Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Paraná (1995). She obtained a doctorate in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (2004). She is currently a professor at the São Paulo Law School of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Direito GV). He has experience in the area of law, with emphasis on business law, working mainly on topics related to corporate law and securities market law.
Marcos Galileo Lorena Dutra
Graduated in Law from the University of São Paulo (1999) and in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP (1993). Master in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP (2001) and Doctor in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (2008). He teaches at the Post GVlaw Course at FGV Direito SP. He is an analyst at the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM). He was a representative of the autarchy on Committees 2, 3 and 7 of the International Organization of Securities Commissions - IOSCO (2004-2017), and member of the Board of Appeals of the National Financial System - CRSFN (2004-2008) He was also a member of the Committee Evaluation and Selection of CRSFN Directors (2018-2019).
Lie Uema do Carmo
Graduated in Law from PUC/SP (1998). He obtained a specialization degree in International Trade Law from the University Institute of European Studies and International Labor Organization (1999), LL.M., University of Chicago Law School (2003), Master in Civil Law, PUC/SP (2006) and Doctorate in Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, USP (2012). She was the creator and first coordinator of the Professional Master's Degree at FGV Direito SP. She has worked as a lawyer in M&A, Corporate Law and Construction Law in complex cases for two decades. She is currently a member of the Audit Committee at Porto Seguro SA, professor of the Undergraduate and Professional Masters courses at FGV Direito SP and arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canadá Chamber of Commerce.
Ana Paula Ribeiro Nani
Master in Business Law from FGV Direito SP. Graduated in Law from FGV Direito SP, specializing in Arbitration. He received a scholarship for scientific initiation at the Brazilian Association of Law and Economics (ABDE). She is a researcher at the Center for Financial and Capital Markets (MFCap).
